Dr Monder Zbaeda

Dr Monder Zbaeda joined the practice as the new partner following Dr Johnson’s retirement. Monder graduated from Manchester University in 2006 with honours and distinction in his final examinations. His hospital-based training in the UK and the US culminated in the award of the Diploma of Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons.
He then completed a Masters degree in Prosthodontics (replacement of worn and missing teeth with implants, dentures, crowns and bridges).
Monder’s passion is to help his patients achieve the healthiest long-term outcome for your teeth, gums and jaws in the most conservative manner. His latest attainment is to receive his Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the prestigious Royal College in Edinburgh, a qualification held by a small number of UK dentists.
By taking on board your individual immediate and long-term requirements, and his experience, Monder will work with you to provide bespoke advice to achieve your goals. His greatest wish is to make the experience at the Barrington Dental Care a thoroughly satisfying one in every aspect.
Outside dentistry Monder is a dedicated family man, an avid golfer and works with local charities and social enterprises.
Dr Ash Sharma
Ash qualified from Liverpool University in 1992.
After qualifying, he worked as an NHS dentist in Salford for 15 fabulous years. Ash then joined us at Barrington Dental Care in 2007 and became a partner in the practice in 2009. Ash is as passionate about dentistry today as when he first qualified.
His special interests are in cosmetic dentistry and implants.
He has undertaken the prestigious year long Tipton Restorative course, the Trafford General Hospital Certificate Implant course under the renown Implantologist Cemal Ucer, two Osteocare implant residencies, and is accredited for use of Inman Aligners and Quick Straight Teeth Orthodontic protocols.
Ash has two wonderful children, Meera and Arun and a fantastic wife, Heidi, who is a hygienist at the practice. When he’s not working, Ash likes walking with his family in the Lakes and Wales. He also loves football and cricket and for his sins, supports Manchester City and Lancashire, which can be very stressful.
Dr Rachel Gibbs
Rachel graduated from Leeds University in 2000 with a BChD in dentistry. Having worked in both NHS and Private Practices she has discovered she has a fundamental love for root canal therapy and has a special interest in this area of dentistry. Rachel has embarked on an intensive training course that encompasses the most contemporary and ground breaking procedures.
Her other passion is patient care. She prides herself on her ability to offer comforting sedation when necessary. She has mentored other dentists in this area of dentistry. In her spare time, which there isn’t a lot of, she likes spending time with her family or visiting Wales with her dogs and like any other woman, shopping!
Emily joined the practice in July 2008 after holding a similar position at The Priory Hospital. Emily brings considerable experience with her to her role as practice manger and has helped guide the practice though a CQC inspection, passing with flying colours and also a Denplan Excel Accrediation inspection, proving that the practice goes over and above for all its patients and visitors. Emily ensures a smooth running of the practice and a friendly atmosphere with the whole team.
I have worked at this practice since 2004. As Head Nurse, I am responsible for ensuring all decontamination and control procedures are carried out within the surgeries. I work with an exceptional team of qualified nursing ensure the highest levels of cleanliness for our patients. I am also qualified in Dental Radiography and Sedation.
I predominantly work with dr Rachel Gibbs and enjoy working as a team to make the patients experience as relaxed and pleasant as possible. In my spare time, I enjoy walking in the lakes. Im a National Trust member and I collect art deco pottery and enjoying hunting around junk shops and car boot sales for it!
I qualified as a dental nurse in 2006 and have been a member of the team here at BDC since then. I thoroughly enjoyed my time nursing but decided to break away from this role and come to the front of house position as Receptionist, so I am your first port of call to meet and greet and help you where I can. I am happy to help with any queries you may have and to ensure your visit to the practice is as relaxing as possible.
In my spare time I enjoy socialising, following fashion and going on holiday. If I can help in anyway just speak to me………..:)
Milena joined the practice in June 2007 as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in 2008. Millie, supports Ash Sharma in surgery and has recently qualified in Dental Radiography. Millie also has a keen interest in dental implants and supports Ash in this process.
I qualified as a dental nurse in 2009 and also have a certificate in dental radiography. My main interests are implantology & oral surgery. I am keen to develop my profession as a dental nurse. In my free time I enjoy training at the gym and being part of a slimming world social team.
Gill has been in the dental profession for 35 years, initially as a dental nurse working at Manchester dental hospital and in community health care working with children and vulnerable adults.
She then qualified at Leeds dental hospital in 1987 with a diploma in dental hygiene.
We are fortunate to have had her as a member of our team for 12 years, where she continues to enjoy dentistry and keeps up to date with courses to encourage our patient to a healthy mouth and lovely smile.
